The Vermentino Colli di Luni D.O.C. is produced respecting ancient tradition from a sun-drenched vine grown on the southern slopes of Fosdinovo. The hand-picked grapes, separate white-wine fermentation at controlled temperature and floral aromas make 
Ca’ Brasino’s Vermentino a white wine which is ideal both as an aperitif and during meals, with fish, vegetable tarts and vegetarian dishes.
Annual production: 2,500 bottles Serving temperature: 
6 - 8°C Gradation: from 12 to 13° 
Conservation: in a cool, dry, dark place.

“COLLI DI LUNI ROSSO D.O.C.” 
Red wine Denomination of controlled Origin

This wine is produced from Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes grown on the slopes of Fosdinovo and with separate vinification. The wine is left to rest in oak barrels to complete the ageing process. This full-bodied, deep ruby red dry wine with rich bouquet perfectly accompanies meat dishes, roasts, game and mature cheeses.
The bottles should be stored in the cellar for 2 to 3 years to enjoy this unique, round and full-bodied red wine at its best.
