The Ca’ Brasino estate’s
Red wine Denomination of controlled Origin

This wine is produced from Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes grown on the slopes of Fosdinovo and with separate vinification. The wine is left to rest in oak barrels to complete the ageing process. This full-bodied, deep ruby red dry wine with rich bouquet perfectly accompanies meat dishes, roasts, game and mature cheeses.
The bottles should be stored in the cellar for 2 to 3 years to enjoy this unique, round and full-bodied red wine at its best.
Annual production: 2,000 bottles Serving temperature: 16°C Gradation: from 12.5 to 13.5°
Conservation: in a cool cellar.
