EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL CA’ BRASINO ESTATE
Ca’ Brasino’s extra virgin oil is obtained from an olive-grove with around 500 plants including frantoio, lantesco, leccino and moraiolo varieties, grown on terraces. The olives are hand-picked and pressed within 24 hours.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Green with golden reflections, fruity with olive and artichoke aroma. Pleasant and harmonious, tendentially sweet with a slightly pungent overtone.

TOP QUALITY AND HEALTHY EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 
The chemical and scientific discoveries on the contents - the polyphenols in particular - of top quality extra virgin olive oil have shown that it is an excellent anti-oxidant and helps protect against the effects of free radicals. Ca’ Brasino’s extra virgin olive oil is rich in these contents, and has an exceptionally low acidity value (0,20-0,25%). This oil guarantees healthy nutrition and delights the palate with its unique taste and flavour.
We recommend using it raw to retain its organoleptic pro- perties. Excellent as a dressing for vegetables, soups, hors-d’oeuvre, fish and meat as well as on children’s dishes.
